We’re currently recruiting for a Lead Electrical Designer to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Nottingham. The Role:
- As Lead Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality high voltage electrical designs.
- You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and provide direction to a small team of 2–3 designers.
- This role is well suited to someone looking to take a step up in their career – previous leadership experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high voltage electrical systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to a small team of designers.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Experience in earthing and surge protection is desirable, but not essential.
