Brownlee Cale are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a civils project in Bridlington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for site operations and the day-to-day management of all activities on site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure efficient site progress.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely, to programme, and in line with design and specification.
  • Manage temporary works in line with TWC responsibilities, maintaining compliance and safety.
  • Oversee lifting operations and scaffold safety with relevant supervisory responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks.
  • Maintain site records, daily logs, and ensure robust health & safety compliance.
  • Liaise with the project team, attend progress meetings, and contribute to site reporting.

Essentials:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS (Black/Gold Managers Card preferred)
  • First Aid at Work
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing structural construction projects

Desirables:

  • Scaffold Inspection Certificate
  • Crane Supervisor (CPCS or NPORS)
  • TWC
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural concrete and steelwork projects.
