Brownlee Cale are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a civils project in Bridlington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for site operations and the day-to-day management of all activities on site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure efficient site progress.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, to programme, and in line with design and specification.
- Manage temporary works in line with TWC responsibilities, maintaining compliance and safety.
- Oversee lifting operations and scaffold safety with relevant supervisory responsibilities.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks.
- Maintain site records, daily logs, and ensure robust health & safety compliance.
- Liaise with the project team, attend progress meetings, and contribute to site reporting.
Essentials:
- SMSTS
- CSCS (Black/Gold Managers Card preferred)
- First Aid at Work
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing structural construction projects
Desirables:
- Scaffold Inspection Certificate
- Crane Supervisor (CPCS or NPORS)
- TWC
