An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Material Handler to support operations in a specialist manufacturing setting, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks and overhead cranes
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas to maintain continuous workflow
- Move materials and finished goods between departments and onto transport vehicles
- Maintain accurate stock records using a computerised ERP system
- Work in line with all health and safety procedures and best practices
- Carry out additional tasks as required to support manufacturing processes
