Initial 3-Month Engagement | Global ERP Transformation | HR & Finance Data Focus
We’re hiring an experienced ERP Data Lead to play a critical role in the early discovery phase of a major global ERP transformation. This is a contract role, paying £800–£900 per day, with remote working and alignment to UK/EU time zones.
As the ERP Data Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for cataloguing, mapping, and assessing complex data sets across HR and Finance. Your mission during Phase 0 of the programme is to build a clear view of the current data landscape—spanning fragmented systems across multiple countries—setting the foundation for seamless integration into a global SAP platform in future phases.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and document HR and Finance data sources globally
- Map data to ERP requirements and support initial quality assessments
- Define cleansing and transformation needs in collaboration with SMEs
- Provide key inputs into the project plan, timelines, risks, and resource needs
- Partner with System Integrators and internal stakeholders to validate assumptions
- Proven experience as Data Lead on large-scale ERP programmes, ideally SAP
