Operations Agent

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Operations Agent for a Freight company. The company is based in the Frimley area.

Job Description:-

• To work as part of a team in the Operations Department. Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service on our wholesale freight business.
• Dealing with inbound call enquiries
• AWB completion
• Customs Entries
• Arranging Airfreight and Courier Shipments
• Imports / Exports / Crosstrade
• Postflights
• Keeping Boxtop and systems up to date with latest information
• Problem Solving
• Liaising with Airlines and Handling Agents
• General Customer Service

• The role will offer full training

Working hours are Monday – Friday 0900 – 1730
