We’re looking for a Head of Financial Operations to join our clients senior finance team and lead global billing and collections operations. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you’ll help shape and embed best-in-class finance operations practices while building and mentoring high-performing teams. You’ll report directly to the CFO and play a critical part in unlocking value through improved lockup and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop global billing and collections teams to deliver timely, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive reduction in aged lockup through process excellence and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner closely with legal and finance teams to deliver seamless client billing experiences.
- Champion the implementation of new systems, roles, and responsibilities within a transforming finance function.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and business leaders on all financial operations matters.
- Proven experience leading billing and collections in a professional services environment.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and process optimisation.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach to building high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with a passion for continuous improvement.
