We’re looking for a Head of Financial Operations to join our clients senior finance team and lead global billing and collections operations. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you’ll help shape and embed best-in-class finance operations practices while building and mentoring high-performing teams. You’ll report directly to the CFO and play a critical part in unlocking value through improved lockup and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop global billing and collections teams to deliver timely, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive reduction in aged lockup through process excellence and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner closely with legal and finance teams to deliver seamless client billing experiences.
  • Champion the implementation of new systems, roles, and responsibilities within a transforming finance function.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and business leaders on all financial operations matters.
