Biology buffs, this one’s for you! We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Biology teacher to join a standout secondary school in Barnsley—one our educators consistently rate as a firm favourite. With its state-of-the-art science facilities, impressive GCSE results, and a large, lively sixth form, it’s the kind of school where learning (and teaching) just clicks.

This is a contract role that will initially run from September to Christmas but with the potential to be extended. It is open to both ECT's and experienced Teachers.

You’ll be stepping into a school rated “Outstanding” by OFSTED, where leadership is strong, students are ambitious, and support is never in short supply.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Teaching engaging and inspiring Biology lessons to KS3 and GCSE pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
