The role Angard Staffing plays an important role, working directly with Royal Mail to make sure letters and packages are sorted and delivered! We’re looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team; we have lots of different shifts and times available so you can find the right shift for you.
Key accountabilities
You don’t need to have worked for us before (we love new people!), but experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus. If you’ve worked for Amazon or another distribution company (such as DPD, DHL or XPO), then you’re on our wish list too!
As a Mail Sorter, you’ll be unloading mail and parcels, moving them through our warehouses and ensuring that they arrive at their destination safely. During a single shift, you could sort over a million items with your team! It’s a very important role so flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm are key.

- Day Shift STARTS AND FINISHES BETWEEN 0531 – 1959: £12.54
- Dawn Shift STARTS BETWEEN 0201 – 0400: £13.40
- Early 05:00 STARTS BETWEEN 0401 – 0500: £12.99
- Early 05:30 STARTS BETWEEN 0501 – 0530: £12.77
- Evening FINISHES BETWEEN 2000 – 2139: £13.18
- Lates FINISHES BETWEEN 2140 – 0159: £13.90
- Nights THREE HOURS ACROSS 2300 – 0500: £15.11
- Overtime (40 hours) Mon – Sat: £15.68
- Bank Holidays All Day: £18.81
