Are you an immediately available Fleet Administrator seeking to work with a global brand? This 6-8 month maternity cover role reports into the Supply and Customer Service Manager, you will have full accountability to optimise the efficiency of the front and back end logistical operations of the company vehicle operations. You will be responsible for registering, delivering and de-fleeting vehicles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Propose new processes in order to minimise vehicle downtime and costs.
- Relationship building with vehicle partners.
- Manage all vehicle handovers across all locations ensuring just-in-time philosophy is planned and accurately delivered on time.
- Responsible for monitoring monthly registration targets.
- Manage the partner relationship with RFU ensuring monthly operational meetings are conducted and all reporting.
- Manage the pre-production vehicle lifestyle application via DVLA.
The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and attention to detail is critical. Proven administration and organisational skills are essential. Proven track record in relationship building and dealing with stakeholders is essential. The role is inside IR35 and the day rate is £115 (£30k annual salary equivalent). Hybrid working model based in Bracknell - 3 days a week in the office and a 1 pm finish on a Friday!
