We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational person to join this Academy in Enfield. You will join a team of committed teachers and become a leader in the Enterprise Faculty, which comprises Business Studies, Computer Science and Economics. All the staff are enthusiastic, flexible and determined to develop the Learning Area into an outstanding department. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and experienced Head of Department, and Head of Faculty who has introduced many new teaching resources and schemes of work.

As an Ofsted rated Good Sixth Form in March 2025, we pride ourselves on offering high quality courses within a structured, caring environment.

This Academy in Enfield is an inclusive 11 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. We are located in a new building with state-of-the-art facilities and situated 12 minutes from Enfield Lock train station. The percentage of students achieving top grades at GCSE has risen over the years. Our students progress to universities including Russell Group and other leading universities following a wide range of courses.

We are committed to providing staff with high quality professional development. We hold middle and senior leadership courses run by Institute of Education at UCL open to all staff who want to develop their skills in their current role or look towards the next step in their career.
