Are you a Lead Engineer who is electrically biased Looking for an exciting new opportunity. The purpose of the role is to ensure delivery of the Engineering support to the Northwich site across 24/7 enabling the Engineering team to provide the required levels of service in support of the manufacturing strategy and to ensure the safe, effective and efficient running of the department is maintained through the engineering shift teams. This role offers a Salary £50,673.60 plus benefits. Supervise 4 engineers, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 Days/2 Nights) Duties Co-ordinate and prioritise the activities of a shift engineering team in providing support to the operations team. Monitor the completion of PMs and other equipment inspections. Operate as senior engineering point of contact for Shift Managers. Support Short Interval Control, and daily end of shift review meetings with Shift Managers. Participate in Improvement Groups e.g. wastage reduction. Complete a clear and comprehensive handover to incoming shift engineering team.
