This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menus. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
What you'll be doing...
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist with the setup and clearing of tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Process payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are handled with care.
