This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected manufacturer in a key growth area - renewable energy infrastructure. As Business Development Manager - Energy Infrastructure, you will be responsible for developing business across four fast-growing markets: solar PV, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage. With a focus on strategic sales and project involvement from early stages, you'll engage a wide network of stakeholders including EPCs, System Integrators, OEMs, Utilities, Operators and DNOs.
The Business Development Manager - Energy Infrastructure will sell a suite of high-performance products such as HMI's, SaaS, cabinets, voltage protection, remote condition monitoring, tooling, cabling and connectors. You'll work closely with internal technical and product teams across the UK and Europe to deliver tailored solutions and win high-value business. This is a field-based, national role with regular travel and the autonomy to shape your territory and sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience in a technical or engineering-led environment
- Background in complex, multi-stakeholder business development
- Experience working with contractors, EPCs, energy operators, OEMs or utilities
- Strong understanding of the UK energy infrastructure or renewables sector (preferred)
- Comfortable with national travel and occasional international trips
The Package:
- £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary
- 10-15% annual bonus
- Tesla company car or £843/month car allowance
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Up to 10% employer pension contribution
