Leading medical devices company Excellent Brand with a reputation for Quality and Innovation As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share of the wound care portfolio, focusing on key products. Your efforts will span both community and acute sectors, where you will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and a wide range of stakeholders both internally and across the NHS. In collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and other key stakeholders, you will execute strategic business plans, ensuring regular business review meetings are conducted to drive effectiveness and ensure action follow-up. Additionally, you will ensure accurate administration through tools like CRM systems, while developing a comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and the priorities of healthcare providers and Integrated Care Systems within your territory. Driving sales and increasing market share of the wound care portfolio – Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders – Ensuring accurate administration through CRM systems – Sharp business acumen and ability to communicate data clearly – Entrepreneurial spirit with a talent for identifying and seizing new opportunities We will consider any medical device sales experience Pay range and compensation package £40-£48k basic salary plus bonus- £12-25k OTE, Pension, PHI, Life Assurance, 28 days Annual Leave plus many other benefits
