The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Our client is a market leader in the distribution of chilled, frozen and ambient goods based in Evesham, Worcestershire.
On-going regular work for successful applicants for at least the remainder of the year if not longer.
Duties:
- Daily vehicle checks, reporting any damages or faults to the Transport team.
- Delivering chilled, frozen or ambient goods to various destinations across the UK (1-2 deliveries on average) and occasional collection on return to the yard.
- Regular checks of chilled trailer temperatures.
- Regular communication between driver and Transport Office.
- To keep vehicle cabs clean and tidy at all times.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Valid licence, CPC & Tacho.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism at all times.
- Able to night out when necessary (majority of days will be returning back to yard).
- Sound geographical knowledge.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday with additional weekend work required. Start times from 04:00 onwards.
