External Facade Manager

PCR are recruiting an experienced Manager to join its growing team based in Woking. This is a key leadership role for a commercially astute professional with a solid background in facade and external envelope works, ready to oversee the commercial aspects of multiple high-value projects. Key Responsibilities: * Take full commercial responsibility for facade packages from pre-contract to final account * Lead procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations * Manage cost planning, budget control, and forecasting * Prepare and review CVRs, valuations, and applications for payment * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management * Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients * Provide mentorship and direction to junior commercial staff Requirements: * Proven experience as a Manager within the facade or specialist sub-contractor sector * Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract * Excellent financial and analytical skills * Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client and internal relationships * Enhanced DBS check If you are interested in the role please apply with an up to date CV
