As a Senior Presales Technical Consultant you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality, technical solution designs that meet potential and existing client’s business requirements. You’ll have industry experience in the HR or Payroll space and strong technical experience to be able to translate business need into a detailed specification for proposed solutions. Strong customer facing pre-sales skills are a key requirement for the successful candidate. You’ll have great knowledge of cloud-based offerings and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a transformational dynamic approach. Working as part of the Commercial team, alongside our Service, Product and Implementation teams, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that the overall solution meet the customer requirements. In this role your key responsibilities will include: Demonstrating our cloud HCM solution and technical infrastructure to showcase the benefits and value to new and existing customers. Analysing the customer infrastructure to scope and support customers with technical challenges and provide sound direction and recommendations. Understanding key customer integration requirements and being able to discuss these as a trusted advisor in customer meetings.
