Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Borehamwood area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a leading company. The suitable candidate will be someone who has strong organisational and administration skills, can manage and prioritise a varied workload, as well as someone who can communicate confidently on all levels. This person will be providing administrative support across the business. Experience within the construction, property or housing industry would be a bonus.
Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Please note - This is a fully office based position
Some of the duties will include:
- Providing day to day admin support across the business
- Coordinating and booking meetings including diary management and booking rooms
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Produce, format and proof read letters and reports
- Maintaining trackers
- Manage and respond to shared inbox emails
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Make enquiries and chase tender submissions with subcontractors
- Set up new subcontractors for payment
- Draft format and distribute formal letters
- Raise purchase orders and payment requests
- Other duties as required
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within a busy admin coordination role
- Construction, housing or property experience would be desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
- High level of attention to detail
- Great communication skills on all levels
- Work well under pressure
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Happy to be office based
- Within a commutable distance of Borehamwood
