If so, you could be the next Sales Operations Analyst to join our high-performing team at MindGym. We’re looking for someone with strong Power BI skills, a curious analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support commercial decision-making at scale. You’ll play a key role in managing and interpreting business data to help us better understand our performance, spot opportunities, and shape the future of our commercial strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports that deliver critical insights across the business.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse complex data from multiple sources (Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, etc.) to provide meaningful insights that drive commercial decision-making.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and build tailored reporting solutions.
- Power BI Development: Build and automate scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query and DAX—ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with commercial, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and adoption of reporting tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor dashboard usage and effectiveness, identifying ways to improve clarity, efficiency, and functionality.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 2+ years in a data analysis, BI, or reporting role, ideally in a fast-paced or commercial environment.
- Tech skills: Advanced Power BI development skills, with experience using DAX, Power Query, and data modelling techniques. Strong Excel and working knowledge of SQL. Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a bonus.
- Mindset: Analytical thinker with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. You’re naturally curious and keen to dig into the 'why' behind the numbers.
- Communication: Clear and confident communicator who can make data meaningful for non-technical stakeholders.
