As an experienced Concession Manager, you will help us to launch our brand new My 1st Years Concession in Harrods London in August. You will be experienced in the luxury retail market and enjoy building a team that will thrive. Exceptional customer service will be at the forefront of your mind at all times and you will love the My 1st Years brand as much as we do.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the concession hit sales targets
- Manage our concession within Harrods London, promoting the brand at all opportunities, working closely with host stores to make the most of any events or promotion opportunities
- Inspire, motivate and develop your sales teams to meet and exceed their individual targets
- Identify areas for improvement and offer coaching to your team where needed
- Complete all operational tasks accurately, such as payroll, staff rotas, various reports for host stores and Head Office
- Maintain and ensure that concession stands always meet visual merchandising standards, refreshing displays as needed to attract customers, as well as keeping the stockroom organised at all times
- Report regularly to senior managers
- Work as part of the sales team as needed, being flexible at all times.

Location: The new My 1st Years Concession will be opening in Harrods London in August
Hours: This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week over various shifts including evenings and weekends. You will need to be available to work from 28th July for a weeks training at our Head Office in Northampton prior to the launch of the concession (food and accommodation will be provided for the training week)
Pay: £16.30 per hour
