Here, you will be responsible for the day to management of a team of circa 6 Account Handlers, each typically handing cases that generate in excess of ÂŁ10,000 fee income. Clients will be from a range of industry sectors, both blue and white collar, and some will have complex global exposures. Duties will include, but by no means be limited to: Holding regular 1-2-1’s, to ensure that colleagues remain engaged with the business objectives, whilst progressing in line with their own ambitions. Resource planning and allocating workloads to ensure that Account Handlers are able to provide a high level of service to colleagues and clients alike. Auditing work from a quality and compliance perspective, drawing up action plans to remedy any issues identified. Helping with the technical training and development of the team, as well answering any ad-hoc questions that may arise.
