• Conduct on-site inspections for Class 2 buildings (multi-residential), ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations

• Identify defects, risks, and non-compliance issues-then help get them fixed

• Prepare clear, concise reports and provide expert guidance to builders, developers, and clients

• Work closely with project teams to ensure quality and compliance from start to finish

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in building codes

• Current registration as a Class 2A Building Inspector

• In-depth knowledge of BCA/NCC and local regulatory frameworks
