About the Role
Join an award-winning management consultancy delivering high-impact solutions in Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and National Security. We are looking for a talented and driven consultant to support mission-critical projects, working directly with clients to solve complex challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyse, structure, and present data to drive impactful decision-making.
- Solve complex National Security challenges with innovative solutions.
- Effectively communicate ideas, options, and recommendations in written and verbal formats.
- Independently deliver high-quality work that meets client needs.
- Enhance your consulting skills through structured training and mentoring.
- Support internal initiatives, such as recruitment, marketing, and employee wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Experience working in National Security, CNI, Defence, or Government sectors.
- Active DV Clearance (or held within the last 9 months).
