We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Farnborough. You will play a key role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism, ensuring they receive person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the care team and act as a role model.
- Support service users in achieving their goals and promoting independence.
- Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and documentation in line with CQC standards.
- Administer medication and ensure health & safety procedures are followed.
- Foster a supportive environment and maintain strong communication with families, professionals, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
- PMVA training or willingness to complete (desirable).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
