Senior Support Worker

As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead by example, providing high-quality, person-centered care and support to individuals in our supported living homes. You will play a key role in mentoring and guiding the support worker team, ensuring that individuals receive tailored care that promotes their independence and wellbeing., * Providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

• Leading shifts, including coordinating team activities and ensuring smooth operations.

• Supporting the development and delivery of person-centered care plans.

• Acting as a role model and mentor for other support workers.

• Conducting key administrative tasks, including recording care notes and reporting.

• Promoting positive relationships with individuals, families, and external agencies.

Shifts:

• Early shifts

• Late shifts

• Weekends

• Bank holidays
