Carpenter Multi Salary: £32,880 – £35,620 Location: Bristol Type: Permanent

Our client is seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi to join their Property Team covering Bristol and Gloucester. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with a company van and fuel card provided for business travel.

Role Overview

You’ll carry out a range of carpentry tasks including:

• 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
• Window and door installation
• UPVC servicing
• Locksmithing
• Fencing and kitchen fitting
• Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 5+ years’ carpentry experience
• Residential/housing sector background preferred
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Full UK driving licence (min. 1 year)
• DBS and licence/qualification checks required
