Payroll Adviser
Salary: Β£31k-Β£34k DOE, full-time office-based for training (6 months), then hybrid working. Company based in Maidstone.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pay runs (monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, and four-weekly).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within internal and external payroll systems.
- Communicate with clients via telephone and email to provide payroll advice and guidance.
- Stay informed about HMRC guidance and liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients when necessary.
- Handle documentation such as payslips, P45s, and P60s, including printing and scanning.
- Upload monthly pension contributions through online provider portals.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of payroll experience.
- Full UK Driving License.
