About the Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the educational institution.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, parents, and students warmly, and assist students visiting the reception area.
- Answer calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
- Manage the main reception area, ensuring professionalism and organisation.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, data entry, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain accurate student attendance records and assist with enrolment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students while supporting the dissemination of information via newsletters and other channels.
- Manage the school calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a positive, inclusive environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a School Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for building effective relationships.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with school management systems is a plus.
