A dynamic and forward-thinking (re)insurance group is seeking an experienced Ceded Reinsurance Specialist to join its growing team. In this role, you will lead the placement of Marine and Energy reinsurance programmes, while also supporting other lines of business as needed. Working closely with internal teams including Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Operations, you will manage end-to-end placement processes and liaise with external Brokers and Reinsurers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Structuring and recommending reinsurance purchases
- Analysing proposals
- Negotiating optimal cover
