Main responsibilities will include:
- To manage the daily operations within Treasury Operations department with the responsibility for the process of Treasury-orientated transactions and payment to ensure the highest level of service is provided to all internal and external customers.
- Support to Head of Operations with strategic transformation projects as per Group Priority.
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects aimed at improving the customer experience and optimizing treasury operations.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for strategic change (Group and Local level) designed to rationalise operational activities and deliver quality customer service experience whilst maximising the efficient and effective use of resources.
- Time pressured and intense work requiring accuracy and analytical skills with decision making.
- The job will primarily be focused on building a high performing team.
