Role of Cruise Travel Sales Advisor: * To service inbound sales calls and understand the customers’ needs, build rapport and offer expert cruise and land holiday solutions * Provide excellent service adapting the approach taken for each call. * Create fantastic customer engagement, understand the customer’s requirements, pitch and close the sale * Meeting, or exceeding, company KPI’s * Produce accurate administration work to complete booking process * Work pro-actively as part of a small team within a large department of Sales Advisors bringing energy and drive to a fast moving and dynamic environment Skills required for the role: * Highly motivated salesperson who is results orientated * Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KPI’s * Ability to identify with customers, establish rapport and build relationships * Highly organised approach and attention to detail * Has the ability to thrive under pressure * Excellent communication and listening skills * Flexible in approach and able to work weekends and extended or additional hours to suit business requirements. * Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and the internet. * Cruise / travel industry / call centre experience is an advantage but not essential If you’re interested in learning more about this Cruise Travel Sales Advisor role, please press the apply online button now!
