Our client based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire work with leading clinical equipment and are a fully qualified and experienced team of medical Specialists! They currently have a wonderful new permanent opportunity for a receptionist to join the friendly and close-knit team within a supportive environment that values initiative and care. This is a rewarding role where your contribution will be key to daily operations. Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling – Manage the clinical diaries for medical Specialists
  • Client Support – Oversee the full client journey, from initial booking to aftercare
  • Communication Handling – Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
  • Administrative Tasks – Prepare clinic files, scan and file documents, manage patient notes
  • Payment Processing – Handle transactions and ensure accurate billing
  • Stock and Repairs – Order supplies and coordinate repair management

Candidate Attributes:
