Distribution Operative (Night Cover)

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Night Cover Distribution Operative working for one of our manufacturing clients based in Ashford, Kent Working Monday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00 Join a world leader in the fragrance and flavour industry as a Distribution Operative! In this role, you will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. You\’ll ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a safe working environment. We\’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in logistics or warehouse environments, and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities: Managing warehouse inventory Following company policies and procedures in accordance with health & safety regulations Ensuring raw materials are moved around site safely using FLT Counterbalance Maintaining safety standards Goods receipting, booking in and sampling of Raw Materials Loading/Unloading Raw Materials ready for distributionWhat we are looking for: Strong Attention to Detail Strong communication skills Team player – can do attitude Basic PC skills Full Counterbalance FLT Licence Previous experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferableThis is a temporary role to start immediately, Manpower is acting on the behalf of our client as a temporary recruiter for this role
