Manpower is currently recruiting for a Night Cover Distribution Operative working for one of our manufacturing clients based in Ashford, Kent. Working Monday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00.
Join a world leader in the fragrance and flavour industry as a Distribution Operative! In this role, you will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. You will ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a safe working environment.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in logistics or warehouse environments, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing warehouse inventory
- Following company policies and procedures in accordance with health & safety regulations
- Ensuring raw materials are moved around site safely using FLT Counterbalance
- Maintaining safety standards
- Goods receipting, booking in and sampling of Raw Materials
- Loading/Unloading Raw Materials ready for distribution
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong communication skills
- Team player - can do attitude
- Basic PC skills
- Full Counterbalance FLT Licence
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferable
