We are looking to recruit an experienced hands-on DevOps Manager / DevOps lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting the DevOps standards and processes to make a real difference.

To be a success in this role, you will have experience establishing, leading, and managing a team of DevOps engineers. Experience in a GCP environment would be ideal; however, relevant experience in other cloud environments such as Azure or AWS also works. You will need in-depth technical knowledge of infrastructure operations and DevOps operations. The technology environment is GCP, PHP, using Kubernetes, Redis, and Couchbase. Experience with Google Cloud Armour or Cloudflare would be an advantage.

Our clients do use DevOps; however, they are looking for a DevOps manager to enable them to make a step change in capability. You will have experience of setting consistent standards and developing the capabilities of your DevOps engineers. This will be combined with stakeholder management skills to understand the needs of the business and align DevOps to be a key part of delivering value.
