I\’m looking to recruit a tech-savvy, proactive Executive Assistant with a passion for supporting top-level executives. To work for an innovative robotics start-up, pushing the boundaries of technology to create groundbreaking solutions in the development of advanced robots designed to enhance human capabilities and address labor shortages.

Your Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations, and handling a variety of tasks, including:

✔ Manage the CEO’s schedule, arrange Zoom meetings, and provide calendar analytics.

✔ Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our CEO.

✔Maintain databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Airtable, Notion).

✔ Assist with document preparation, contact management, and correspondence.

✔ Conduct data mining, compile reports, and support business intelligence efforts.

✔ Translate business documents (Russian fluency required).

✔ Office Coordination – Support day-to-day administrative functions and ensure operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience: 7+ years as an Executive or Business Assistant supporting CEOs, business owners, or UHNW individuals.

✅ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent time management.

✅ Proficient in Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, and Notion.

✅ Fluent Russian & English required.
