Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

Job description:

To design, test and commission, electrical control systems for Baker Perkins machinery, meeting contractual / customer requirements within time and budget restraints.

Main Duties

• Design our control panels, using our standard or designing from scratch
• Specify and issue electrical hardware parts lists according to contract specifications, specify technical requirements for bought out equipment
• Develop and produce PLC and HMI software (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi)
• Produce functional machine specifications and test specifications
• Test equipment in our factory / test centre
• Help the Commissioning Engineers, traveling to customer sites
• Provide permanent technical assistance in pre-sale and post-sale
• Help research and develop new products

Required profile:

• Background and/or experience in Industrial Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance, at an equipment builder, if possible
• Professional experience or motivation to learn in the field of automation PLC systems and HMI software / control panel design
• Ability and pleasure to travel around the world for some weeks per year
• Know how to take initiative
• Solution-driven and customer-oriented sensibility
• Team spirit and sense of commitment
