About Us: Our client is a reputable social housing provider committed to maintaining high-quality living standards. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Planned Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic and dedicated reactive maintenance team.
Role Overview: As the Planned Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering planned maintenance works across a social housing project. The schemes will cover Externals, Windows, Roofing, Kitchens and Bathrooms. You will ensure that all maintenance projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet all regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the delivery of planned maintenance projects, ensuring all works are completed to specification and on schedule.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate planned maintenance activities.
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of work schedules for planned maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report regularly on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to a team of maintenance operatives.
