Job Title: Interim Headteacher (SEMH School) – Immediate Start Location: Buckinghamshire Salary: Competitive – Negotiable based on experience Contract Type: Interim (duration to be confirmed) Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Headteacher to provide effective leadership and ensure the continued success of a SEMH school based in Buckinghamshire. This role requires a dedicated professional who can inspire the staff, positively influence the students, and maintain a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the school. * Inspire and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and care. * Ensure the needs of SEMH students are met with a personalized, inclusive approach. * Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the school’s vision. * Act as a role model for positive leadership and resilience. Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in an educational setting. * Strong understanding of SEMH education and the challenges and opportunities it presents. * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. * A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment. * Resilience and adaptability to lead in a rapidly evolving context.
