We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Marketing Project Coordinator to help keep our exciting projects running smoothly. If you’re early in your career and love working across teams, managing timelines, and getting things done, this role could be for you.
- Supporting the marketing and product teams with project coordination and administrative tasks
- Keeping timelines and project trackers updated to ensure everyone stays on schedule
- Liaising with stakeholders across departments and regions to keep projects moving
- Helping prepare key documentation, presentations, and packaging information
- Managing file storage, approvals, and general admin across multiple projects
1–3 years of experience in a coordination, marketing, admin, or project support role (ideally within FMCG, retail, or similar fast-paced industries)
Strong IT skills – especially in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
