I’m recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Validation Officer to join my clients Quality Assurance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining validation standards across the site and supporting continuous improvement in line with regulatory and customer requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping the site Validation Master Plan up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
  • Ensuring validation procedures meet business needs and regulatory standards.
  • Writing and reviewing validation protocols and reports.
  • Carrying out equipment qualification and process validation.
  • Working closely with other departments to deliver validation activities on time.
  • Training production staff in validated processes.
  • Supporting the Quality Manager and contributing to broader quality assurance efforts.
  • Promoting the QMS through coaching on SOPs, documentation and proper working practices.
  • Assisting in investigations by applying structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Helping implement and maintain controlled documentation.
  • Supporting customer and external audits and carrying out internal audits when required.
  • Collating data for quality metrics and reporting.
  • Helping to ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory and customer requirements across departments.
  • Supporting change control processes and training as part of change implementation.

  • Prior experience in a validation role is essential.
