The Role
We are looking for a Young Persons Advisor to join our service in Yiewsley. This role involves helping people to improve and sustain their practical, emotional, social, and financial skills within a safe and caring environment. As a Young Persons Advisor, you will be a true team player who values collaboration and contributes to a positive, supportive working environment, skilled at building and maintaining trusting relationships not just with the people we support, but also with external partners and service providers.
We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as training will be provided.
