About the Company - Canditalent is recruiting for a creative tech company redefining how we interact with everyday technology. We’re looking for a resourceful and motivated IT Support Engineer to join their London office on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing hands-on tech support in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
About the Role -
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries from team members.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and maintain IT systems including laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.
- Support user account management and system access, including email setup and permissions.
- Assist in onboarding new team members with IT setup and system orientation.
- Keep accurate records of technical issues and update relevant team leads.
- Liaise with the global IT team to ensure consistency with internal tech policies.
- Support scheduled updates, patches, and routine IT system upgrades.
Qualifications - Studies or completed qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
