Your Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager leadership role where youll oversee and improve front-of-house operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Managingall front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and the highest standards of hospitality.
- Training and mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Delivering creative contributions that enhance guest experiences, whether developing new concepts or refining service strategies.
- Overseeing guest relations, lounge management, restaurant flow, and mise en place, adapting and excelling in diverse areas of service.
- Taking an active role in service, maintaining a presence on the floor to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
- Implementing fresh ideas and strategies to continually raise standards of excellence across the venue.
