Job Description
- Oversee and manage kitchen/bathroom planned works project.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
- Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure all team members adhere to project specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, managing any risks or delays promptly.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in kitchen/bathroom refurbishments within Social Housing.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes within Social Housing.
- CSCS card & SMSTS.
