Job Description

  • Oversee and manage kitchen/bathroom planned works project.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure all team members adhere to project specifications and deadlines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, managing any risks or delays promptly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in kitchen/bathroom refurbishments within Social Housing.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes within Social Housing.
  • CSCS card & SMSTS.
