Ready to bring your finance expertise to the heart of the UK’s TV and content production scene? This is a 12-month maternity cover where you’ll lead the finance function across a fast-moving, award-winning production business working with some of the biggest broadcasters in the UK and globally.

👤 Reporting to: MD & CFO, acting as their go-to commercial and strategic partner – with real influence on key decisions and business performance.

📺 What you’ll do:

• Lead divisional P&L ownership, management reporting, and cashflow forecasting 📊
• Oversee monthly management accounts, budget reviews and forecasting cycles 🗓️
• Collaborate on new business pitches, greenlights and commercials 💡
• Guide financial planning across productions and long-term business strategy 🎬
• Deliver group-level reporting and support audit and board deliverables 📁
• Develop and manage a small team of production and management accountants 👥
• Help embed best practice and improve processes across finance systems ⚙️

🔍 You’ll need to bring:

✅ ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with 10+ years\’ PQE

✅ Strong background in TV production finance – a must

✅ Excellent technical grounding in reporting, planning, and commercial finance

✅ Experinec working in a Media Production Group

✅ Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

✅ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems

✅ A hands-on approach and clear communication style

✅ Committ to a 12 month contract
