A leading consultancy is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join its growing team in Exeter. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects spanning the residential, commercial, and public sectors. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver highways and drainage infrastructure for a range of developments including residential estates, retail parks, and industrial schemes.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications in compliance with local planning and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Apply knowledge of local conditions and planning regulations to inform and optimise designs.
- Contribute to the development of sustainable, practical, and cost-effective civil engineering solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ UK-based experience in highway and drainage design.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

- Experience working on projects for house builders, developers, or public-sector organisations.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
