About The Role
Achieve defined targets related to profit and loss, market share and competitive position for the brand. Support the Marketing Controller in the definition of positioning and detailed strategies, developing and implementing ideas, projects and other required actions, by monitoring and managing costs (e.g. advertising, promo, research spend) to keep them within budget boundaries.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement both three-year and one-year marketing strategies for the brand, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and NRM to propose budgets.
- Work closely with the Strategy and Innovation team to drive profitable growth for NPD.
- Manage relationships with external business partners.
- Maintain the company's corporate image and influence key brand strategies across functions.
- Oversee commercial decision-making to maximize profits and volumes.
- Manage marketing operations and continuously monitor brand performance.
- Deliver annual profit growth targets, track marketing budgets, and recommend resource allocation.
- Manage and develop your team, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with FBC UK values.
