This is an exciting opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor to work on a £30m Industrial project under NEC Contract with a leading Main contractor. About the role of Quantity Surveyor This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and have recently secured a £30m Industrial Project under NEC. You will be working as part of a commercial team with support from management on site managing packages from tender through to final accounts. The project will be starting on site beginning of Q2 and runs for approx 18 months. This is a full time office and site based position. Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor: The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing subcontractor packages with minimal assistance. You will be highly motivated and ambitious as there is opportunity to progress your career with the team.
