Purpose of the Role This role is for a working Cleaning Supervisor. The will involved you in carrying out normal cleaning duties as well as Supervising the Cleaning Team. The role of the Cleaning Supervisor is to Supervise the on-shift Cleaning Team to ensure the overall cleanliness of the centre and supporting the Soft Services Manager, Ops Manager and Centre Management in ensuring that the Centre is a safe and pleasant environment for our customers at all times. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Soft Services Manager in achieving the Centre’s aims and objectives for Cleanliness. Ensure the cleaning Operatives are performing their duties to the appropriate standard. Provide feedback on the performance of the cleaning operatives to Centre Management. Provide ongoing support, guidance and training to cleaning operatives, advising them of how to improve their performance where required and coach them when needed. Ensure all aspects of health and safety are followed, in particular those identified within the personnel and procedures manual. Assist in the evacuation of the Centre in an emergency in accordance with the Centre’s evacuation plan.
