Rate range: 250 GBP /day on inside IR35

Possibility of remote work: No (Full work from client office)

Contract duration: 6 months in start and renewable

Location: London

SHIFT PATTERN:

  • Monthly rotation shifts: the 1st shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and the 2nd shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Candidates must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends in the office, ideally once or twice in two months, to support Infrastructure teams with validation checks.

Detailed Job Description:

  • More than 8 years of experience in Desktop support
  • Expert in O365, Teams, Outlook, O365 applications, OneDrive
  • O365 cloud environments support
  • Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers.
  • Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment fitouts)
  • Mobile device management
  • VPN Support, Printer support, WiFi, network
  • Experience in Patch deployment (SCCM)
  • Desk side support role for VVIP clients
  • Experience working with Asia-based offshore support teams
  • European client facing experience will be preferred.
