Are you passionate about supporting young people and looking for a rewarding temporary role? A dynamic 16+ college in Gosport is seeking a Progress and Support Tutor to join their Student Services Team on a temporary cover basis.
The Role
This non-teaching role is perfect for someone with a commitment to helping students succeed academically and personally. Teaching experience is a bonus, as delivering PSHE tutorial sessions is part of the role. Key responsibilities include:

PSHE Delivery: Facilitate engaging and informative tutorial activities for small groups.

Student Progress: Monitor and support attendance for approximately 200 learners aged 16-19.

Behavioural Support: Develop and implement programmes to enhance engagement and academic success.
